Steps to transformation:

1. Strip off previous stain
   
2. Sand-down stripped off area
   
3. Fill in rough edges, scratches, cracks with wood filler
   
4. Sand-down to an even smooth surface 
   
5. Apply pre-stain with a stain sponge
   
6. Spray stain 3 coats + for color
7. wipe glazing on the edges (dark look around edge)
8. Apply 2 coats of clear coat for final look.
